All products sold through this website are digital products, including PDF sheet music files and links to accompanying audio recordings.

Because digital products are delivered immediately after payment and cannot be returned, refunds are generally not available once the files have been delivered.

However, refunds or replacements may be provided in the following situations:

• The purchased file is corrupted or cannot be opened.

• The customer receives the wrong product.

• A technical error prevents access to the purchased files.

• The product substantially differs from its description.

Downloaded files are intended for personal use only and may not be redistributed, shared, resold, or published without permission.

If you lose access to a purchased file, you may contact us by email. While repeat downloads are not automatically available, we will attempt to assist customers who can provide proof of purchase.
